Amanda has lived all over the east coast where she experienced owning and caring for pets of all ages, sizes and temperaments.

Amanda has lived all over the east coast where she experienced owning and caring for pets of all ages, sizes and temperaments. In 2016, she relocated to Tennessee from Myrtle Beach, SC where she worked 4 years for a small rescue/kennel facility, caring for young puppies typically between 6-12 weeks old. Her experience interacting, handling and building these puppies for their new homes sparked more of an interest in working with dogs long term. A short 6 months or so after arriving in TN, she found her way to a boarding/training facility that specialized in pet dog training, service dog training, as well as working dogs and dock diving with NADD. She was mentored and became the head trainer. Eventually, she parted ways to go on a journey, building a dog boarding and training business while working full time at one of Chattanooga's best voted animal hospitals. Amanda has studied animal sciences and behavior and mentored under trainers nationwide to learn different methods and theories, adding as much to her tool bag as she can. She has used that knowledge, skill and passion to help countless dogs and their families and plans to continue to do so as she settles in to her new home in Strawberry Plains, TN with her own pet and working dogs, Kirby Grizzo, Cocaine and Desi.
